| Oasis is committed to developing its skill set from within. It is engaged in the training and development of its apprentices through the “Skill’s for work” programme. Once the apprenticeship is completed, training does not stop there. Personal development and well being is a central pillar to Oasis philosophy of being a great place to work. Weekly sporting activities, an active social club, staff incentive programme, secondary level accredited Health & Safety environment all contribute to making Oasis a great place to work.
